We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Kirkey Racing Seats. If you need to return your seat, please review our returns program below.
Return Policy
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: The seat must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned seats.
Return Process

Submit a Return Request:
- Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or visit https://account.kirkeyracing.com
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
- Log in to your account:
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
- Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or visit https://account.kirkeyracing.com
- Pack Your Item: Carefully pack your Kirkey Racing Seat to avoid damage during return shipping. Ensure it includes all original components.
- Ship to Address: Please use the shipping label we provide for returning your item(s).
Return Shipping Costs
We will send you a paid shipping label for your return.
Scratch & Dent (Blemished) Return Policy
All Sales on items sold via our Scratch & Dent Category are sold "As Is / Final Sale" and cannot be returned. Please call us at 1-800-363-4885 prior to ordering with any questions as once the item ships we cannot accept a return. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund minus the 20% restocking fee. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
