We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Kirkey Racing Seats. If you need to return your seat, please review our returns program below.

Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The seat must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned seats.

Return Process

  • Submit a Return Request:
    • Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or visit https://account.kirkeyracing.com
      1. Log in to your account:
        1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
        2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
        3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
      2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
      3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
      4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
      5. Click "Request return".
    • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
  • Pack Your Item: Carefully pack your Kirkey Racing Seat to avoid damage during return shipping. Ensure it includes all original components.
  • Ship to Address: Please use the shipping label we provide for returning your item(s).

We will send you a paid shipping label for your return.

Scratch & Dent (Blemished) Return Policy

All Sales on items sold via our Scratch & Dent Category are sold "As Is / Final Sale" and cannot be returned. Please call us at 1-800-363-4885 prior to ordering with any questions as once the item ships we cannot accept a return. Thank you for your understanding. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund minus the 20% restocking fee. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
